Farce. Got an email that my tickets had been sent out and gave me a tracking address to use on the shipping agents site to see progress of the order. When I type in that code it says its been delivered to someone in Poland. The link on my emails from eventim about cantacting them directs me too the German language version which I cant read and theres no info about how to contact them if theres problems on the english version of the website. Anyone know email phone number of customer services?????? FUMING!!!!
Nightmare. I see what you mean about finding contact details on their website. I found a number on their site which I believe is for Customer Services: 01805-533933 it says it is open 10:00 - 15:00 Mon-Fri. Well I covered bases today - after previous post I phoned DHL and after the website yesterday didn't recognise the tracking id which had me worried it was recognised today. Spoke to operator and they're on a plane for Leipzig and I'll get them tomorrow. 8 weeks tomorrow......I think till I leave. Yes!

anyone who's booked with Ryanair to Weeze should go to the 'manage my booking section' of their website...just checked mine and found that my flight from Brum has been rescheduled for 5 hours later on the friday...meaning arrival in Dusseldorf about 11pm..by the time I've found the hotel and checked in etc might aswell have just gone out saturday morning. You can cancel with a full refund of course but still a bit pathetic imo. First and last time with Ryanair for me :?
