Let's get Jay Nady to ref the fight!

Holding is part of the game. If the ref tells a fighter to stop holding, then the fighter should stop. If holding is working and the ref is not stopping it or deducting points, then you can't fault the fighter.

Wlad's jab tactic is good, but someone should really move thier head and try and use some body shots, I think the whole big HW thing is bad for boxing because no one utilises speed anymore.

Well done! Did you ever notice how much Ali grabbed & held, held & hit, etc.? This moron Barney would never complain about that now would he? :yep What about Hopkins? He looked like he was trying to dance with Calzaghe................

Clinching is legal & part of the game of boxing. Besides, since the Peter fight Wlad hasn't held much at all.

Wlad doesn't utilize the uppercut as much as he should but he did land a few nice ones against Tony Thompson, a couple from the outside too.

Wlad hasn't held a lot since the Peter fight. In Wlad's defense Samuel Peter tend to charge in flailing away just asking to be tied up. That's part of the game.

I agree that Peter made it easy to hold and almost necessary at times. but wlad's arsenal is WAY too limited. his left hook is wicked when he uses it but opponents know what to expect each and every round. Just because no one has figured out how to defend against it or bypass it yetdoesn't mean someone won't. He needs to bring back some of the stuff he learned from brooks...the combination punching, movement, etc.

Wlad has improved with each & every fight since the Peter one. He threw a few good uppercuts vs. Thompson...............

not saying he hasn't improved but there is still room to get better. the lack of variety is my biggest issue
