    Ive never seen a sportman in the modern ERA(last 25 years) who has had an impact on social scale like MAnny since Ali.

    He also has the calm dignified class of former great Alexis Arguello.

    He has the ferocity of Mike Tyson.

    For me there have been 4-5 great sportman from the past 25 years.

    Virtuoso/greats

    FEDERER- Tennis
    Jones/Floyd - Boxing
    Michael Schumacher -Racing
    Woods- golf
    Jordan-Basketball

    MAnny is about to join these icons and deservedly so....

    The thing that will seperate Manny from the guys above is...

    they helped their own bank balance, Manny tries to help others.

    Its not nuthugging, its appreciating a class act that tends to come through far too rarely.

    It irritates me when a total conman liek Clazgahe slags Manny of in the British press like he did the other day.

    How can anyone say anything negative about Manny? how can anyone begrudge him success?

    Manny is an anime character, who appeals to all the school kid virgins. That's fine, what isn't fine, is that all of them come onto Boxing forums and try and pass as Boxing fans.

    Manny is cool as hell, his fans are a disgrace.

    Whats wrong with idolizing the guy if you like the way he fights and if you just like him in general. You live in England, look at football fans, will stick up for their team no matter what?

    What does liking a guy who is genuinely nice and doesn't try to act like a ***** to try sell tickets have anything to do with being a virgin?

    From POV of others, your arguments for MAB are really no less extreme than most pac fans on this forum are for Pac.

    :lol: Don't try and generalize me because I come from United Kingdom. I've been here to long for that stupid ****. This thread is about how great Manny is, unfortunately, we already have enough of them to last us a lifetime, so the thread is pretty redundant. If you feel your the first cat to worship Manny on this forum, think again.

    I aso think that alot of the HATE is RACE related.

    If Manny was a blue eyed arian like Kessler, people would be in here knocking one out.

    but having been to Asia and lived their for 3 years (work) Manny inhabits all the great qualities of asian people.

    You wouldnt find that in an Athlete from our shores (Hatton) they are too interested in beer and fillign their own bank balance.
