This is not a very popular opinion but I think that DLH beats Chavez in his prime. At those lower weights Oscar was just too big and too fast.

People say that Bhop was green when he lost to RJJ I think he would have lost even on his best day (assuming it was a prime RJJ of course) same with Toney against Roy.

I think Tyson loses to Lewis even in his prime.

i said im not so sure,there is a case for both, but did you actually watch eubank in his prime? he never attacked anyone when he hurt them after the watson tragedy, i was there in person when he wobbled collins and refused to try and finish it.

Call me crazy, but just based on styles Toney would give a prime version of your avatar a tough night. Won't go so far as to say he'd lose for sure, but it would have been a hell of a fight.

 

Depends on what you mean on a ''tough night''.
Toney beat a past it,41 year old one handed inactive fighter in 03 and it still took him a few rounds to figure Holyfield up.Toney was eating left hooks the first few rounds till he made adjustments.Toney was moving up so he had super fast combos and Evander couldn't get off or get out of the way.
A prime Evander beats Toney IMO.

 

I love them both, don't get me wrong.

Toney ate hooks for one round, not the first few. I just think that version of Toney (not the bloated punching bag who fought Peter) would have always been a tough test for Evander. Great chin, great defense, fast hands, and a much smaller target than Evander was used to hitting. If he could have gotten into a rhythm against Evander's offense, without gassing the way he did against Jirov (huge if), it would have been anyone's fight.

I thought the fight was even after 4,then Toney took over.Toney had his best performance at HW probably then.
