Barrera was also prime and at his best when Pacquio beat him. He was coming off a winning streak against excellent competition and had another winning streak against excellent competition fighting the beat down. Did it ever occur to you guys that he didn't look his best that night because he was getting his ass kicked.

morales was well known in the philippines by the boxing fans when he was dominating 122. we, *******s, know very well that he was a beast. but saying he was shot in the 2nd and even the 1st fight is laugahable. you people are very transparent. i'll make a make a poll later to settle this once and for all my mexican friend.

Some of you people here think so very little of us.

We will leave boxing forever once Pacquiao loses/retires?

We dont know Morales/Barrera before 2003?

    We dont really follow boxing?

We will instantly jump on the Donaire bandwagon once Pacquiao retires?

We dont like boxing, only Pacquiao?

I know that there are some Pac fans here who may be over enthusiastic or may exaggerate a bit, but the people from the other side are also bad in generalizing and putting down other fans who help keep the sport afloat with their support and their hard earned cash.

It's hard to stomach, sometimes, the way they treat other fans here.

The racist stuff is the worst.

No he was not prime when he fought Pacquiao he was done he was there for the pickings, not to mention he did get forced out of Big bear due to the fires but that is besides the fact.

Barrera had been fighting as a pro since he was 16 years old, and if you really think that Pacquiao fought him in his prime your just as stupid as the rest of these jokers here.

Styles make fights! just because you lose or win a fight does not mean your shot or past your prime. No one goes undefeated unless you retire like Calzaghe or run like Floyd. There is always someone that can beat you. **** I lost my 1st. two amatuer bouts, then after that pulled off 7 straight wins. It's all about Style and of course talent and determination. Pac and JMM are elite fighters! everyone learns from there losses! Thats why Pac came back against Morales with vengence, and hasnt loss since.

Bro, you're not a *******. You're a knowledgable fan. You are a tru Pacquiao fan. A true fan undwerstands their fighters limitations and strengths.

Pacquiao is a great fighter, but we need to be realistic.

It's difficult to include Pacquiao in your favorite fighters if he is starching your favorite Mexican fighters. There are few though who have already transcended this mentality and can now admire Pacquiao. The others can't just move on.

Just give them some time to heal their heartaches. Talking openly about your frustrations is a good start like what the thread starter is doing. Just give him some support and do not antagonize him.
