this is exactly why people shouldn't be giving Floyd flack for not fighting everyone at welter. why is it a junior lightweight's responsibility to clean out everyone at welter when he never claimed welter was "his" divison? Most of those dudes are far bigger than him. Margo and Paul Wiliams and even Clottey and Cotto to an extent fighting at welter is comparable to Floyd fighting at feather or junior lightweight. Floyd fighting anyone decent at 147 is ballsy when he's not a natural welter.
