Same Ole. Weather is getting hot again. My prolonged vacation will be coming to an end and I'll have to rejoin the ranks of the productive.

It will depend on how he performs this weekend before he even distinguishes himself as a B or C level fighter.

    Right now I'd rate him a C.

    Hehe - good ole Froch.

I just hope the winner fights Bute.

But I do agree that Andrade should get a shot first. It will also be interestign when Ward and Direll comes around as both are excellent fighters.

Froch might not be interested in fighting nobodies but he will. Like everyone else.

I'd bet my house on it.

Assuming Taylor, he might. He wants the most coin available on a per fight basis. Not sure how long he would have before a mandatory pops up. Seems like he would be in control of who that would be though. Strange how that seems to work sometimes. :huh

Why talk off Calzaghe??? :think

Froch should be citing Strum . . . yes they are in different weight classes but Sturm is the most obvious fighter that fits that description. :D

Funny thing about this is the European fans here always blame us US fans of being biased against Joe...While Froch is saying the same things that many of us have been saying.

Calzaghe is open to some criticism of the way his career panned out (primarily the 2003-06 period), but Froch is in no position to provide it. People in glass houses and all that. Froch is 31 and is just about to face his first proven world class opponent. Pascal was a challenge no doubt, a young, hungry, undefeated fellow contender, but was not proven as a top fighter.
