Who does Froch have to beat to gain your respect?

    I'm not a fan of Froch and his constant Calzaghe talk really gets on my nerves however I respect the fact that he has taken the Taylor fight and I genuinely believe that HE thinks he could beat Calazaghe.

    There's certainly not much love for poor Carl on these boards so I ask the question:

    If Froch beats Taylor - will you respect him as a decent world class fighter?

    If not, who does he need to fight afterwards to win your respect?

    No, because Taylor still has a lot of question marks. If he beats the likes of Kessler than yes.

    Froch already has my respect but i don't think he'd beat Taylor, Bute, Andrade, or Kessler.

    4- Taylor
    5- Froch

    Taylor has question marks but Kessler doesn't? Of course he will get most peoples respect if he beats Taylor and rightly so.

    If he beat all of these, I'd say he deserves a shot at Calzaghe. If he stops Calzaghe, I'd give him some respect.

    For me:

    If he could beat Hopkins in the next 12 months he'd earn my respect. If you could do it convincingly (which I dont think he would have a chance in doing) then he could validly call out Calzaghe imo.

    Froch wouldn't beat Hopkins if you cut off all of Bernards limbs.

    If Froch Ko's Taylor, or beats him good without looking wimpy, I will have a lot of respect for Froch. Because, Taylor is a really good tough to beat world champion.
