Will the yankies give Froch his dues??? Or will it be another "oh well Taylor must be shot!"

If he wins,I'll give him more credit for this one defence than I do for Calzaghes 20

I'm not saying he's gonna win - I really dont know on this on...but seeing Pavilik beat him twice makes me think Froch is in with a reasonable chance...just wondered if the americans would acknowledge him if he wins. It is a big if but nonetheless.

It will be a very good win. Big fights to be made, Pavlik, Kessler, Abraham, Bute etc. The WBC title and a win over the undisputed champ at middleweight will look good. Taylor beat Lacy, if Froch beats Taylor in style away from home it will overshadow some of Calzaghe's reign.

If Froch beats Taylor, Bute and Pavlik would it entice Calzaghe out of retirement perhaps?

Froch is a very under-rated fighter, he's got a lot of talent in the bag he'll win by knockout

People will say Taylor peaked a while ago and is now declining with each fight....Which will likely be the case if he does lose to froch.

Froch will get zero credit. None. Nothing. Nowt. Zip. Nada.

No matter what is said now they'll just name another fighter he must fight after he wins; Bute, Kessler take your pick - anything just so he doesn't get respect stateside or on ESB.

The fact a champion is taking his 1st defence stateside and loves to bring it all to a fight should indeer him with them but it won't. I can't think of a fighter who has so openly chased greatness and made so many sacrifices to get the good fights in recent years either.

I can't think of a fanboy/girl who has so openly sucked up to a fighter and made so many sacrifices to feed his/her delusions about him as much as you have.

Should Froch win he will say that he went over to American and done the business unlike Calzaghe who waited until the end of his career, trying to get Calzaghe out of retirement, which won't happen.

Then after a week or two he will be back in the UK possibly on Steve Bunce Boxing Hour saying he wants to Fight Kessler or Bute in the US, and have another winge about the TV broadcasters.

    Ahhh you must be American.

It must upset you to know your countryman has no balls & thought he would 1st wriggle out of a fight with Froch by picking Lacy (and looked bad doing so) then refused to come to the UK only to have Froch do the unexpected and accept an across the pond home advantage to Taylor 1st defence - an unheard of determination in today's money driven sport. Taylor wouldn't even leave his backyard to fight Calzaghe and only called him out AFTER Calzaghe retired.

These are the stone cold facts and you know it.

Lol - this is true ha ha!
