Froch fans, careful what you wish for with Pavlik(edit: and now Froch himself!)

This is deja vu all over again. Remember the last time the 168 champ was calling out the 160 champ? Some guy named Joe something or other? Remember what happened when Kelly said yes, here is $10 million dollars lets do this? Now I've seen at least 4 or 5 Froch fans calling for Kelly. 168 vs 160. I guess you guys are real confident again huh? atsch What? There isn't any competition at 168 now? I thought it was a loaded division? WTF guys?

Oh yeah. Kelly hits much harder than Taylor ever DREAMED of hitting. When he gets you down, he finishes and he doesn't gas in the championship rounds. But what the hey. Carl does have a weight advantatge.... :hi:

 

Nah, Pavlik is too straight up and down, but he has heavier hands than Taylor.

If he manages to tag Froch, he could finish him, and he goes to the body more.......

But, Froch is bigger, stronger, and more imposing..

Pavlik is also much less accurate than Taylor, not as athletic so he won't be able to escape as many punches, and slower...

I still think Pavlik is not that good north of 160. Let him take care of Abraham first then think about the SMWs.

That is the point. They don't want to give him a chance to grow into the weight. They want the fight now to ensure Froch has that advantage.

 

Nobody north of 160 is scared of pavlik his power is nothing at 168 just look at the hopkins fight.

Besides I want to see abraham vs pavlik 1st.

 

Pavlik doesnt possess the speed that Taylor has which was the main problem Froch had trouble dealing with. I still it as a 50/50 fight though with Froch

 

Froch lost the earlies because of taylor's speed. Pavlik is no quicker than
froch. This fight would come down to strength, will, and power, and froch is the bigger and stronger guy. He would overpower and stop pavlik late.
Just like he did taylor tonight. I tried telling everyone. Froch is MEAN!!
it will take a high skilled tactician with power like kessler to beat froch.

 

actually Pavlik is quicker than Taylor in the later rounds. Also, Pavlik is quicker than Froch and hits harder than Taylor. However, Froch hits harder than Pavlik.

 

You cant beat froch by ko/tko unless you got superhuman power.

Speed and ring generalship will beat froch.

Forget ****ing hopkins froch will KO hopkins for sure it will be like the taylor fight but hopkins will gas earlier than taylor.

Personally I think calzaghe would out point froch quite easily and it will be a mismatch.

 

Froch wouldn't lay a finger on Hopkins man be real now.

Hopkins is p4p #3 and one division higher than Froch.

 

He would when hopkins gets tired and lets be honest that was hopkins last big effort against pavlik.

Hey, this post is in response to a thread where at least 5 Froch fans called out Kelly. Not that I expect anyone to pay attention to the purpose of the thread.

 

Abraham will out box him. Pavlik likes his opponents to be right in front of him consequently he has a much better chance against Froch. Pavlik may not have Taylor's speed nor his boxing skills, but he comes to fight and throws lots of bombs. This is a good fan friendly match.
