I stand corrected, if this is anything to go by I always thought he weighed 190+ come fight night

Anyway I think he would have his way with must of the current crop of 168 pounders, for me in some ways he is a bigger better version of Taylor so think he would take Froch to a comfortable UD.

If kessler had been more active he would have been the toughest test.

He better hope he doesn't get derailed by Tarver. Stranger things have happened.

    Why should he?
There aren't many 40 year olds at SMW.

Probably because he would have a solid chance at beating every fighter in a soon to be very hot division.

The SMW division has been hot for a while.
    Dawson should stay at LHW.

He's been calling out BHOP for a while. Too bad he can't get him to fight.

Why? Theres nothing happening there, he isn't going to build a HoF resume there. If he can still make SMW comfortably(a year ago he could have easily, but he might have grown into LHW) why shouldn't he come down to SMW to take on bigger names? Or at least wait until someone comes close to unifying (though that could be a while away with the rock/paper/scissors type style matchups possibilities) and then try and lure them into a fight.

The SMW division has been great for years, but it will get better soon. Its lacked US exposure, but with Bute - Andrade (hopefully a rematch), Taylor - Froch, a few American prospects coming through with hype building styles and hopefully Kessler returning at some point, it should definitely get better.

Dawson beats anyone in the world at 168.:deal He should drop down to 168 since there isn't anyone of note at 175 anymore.
