    belfort has good hands but not on par with a deacent pro boxer

    he looks even better than he is because all other mma fighter lack boxing ability

    he throw nice staright punches, while always keeping a good stance and strong form (posture)

    They looked quite telegraphed to me. Anyhow I watch Ultimate fighter on Setanta and bisping really wound up that yank, and i though that UK lad was going to stick the nut on that rob browning.

    Guys like Liddell have better 1 punch power but nobody in MMA has faster hands than Belfort, they are lightning + he has good technique & definitely doesnt punch soft but his main asset is god given speed.
    Dont forget, the guy trains in other disciplines too so 100% of his time isnt spent on his hands.

    Hardly any times but anyone can get caught + Im sure boxers even of the calibre of DLH, Mosely or Hopkins could get KOd with someone sitting on top of them & unloading combo`s with barely padded fingerless gloves... having TKO/KO losses on your record doesnt mean you dont have great hands.
