As much as froch is good for boxing. One can't ignore that a disciplined
sharp shooter with speed would almost shut him out. Kessler wouldn't gas
in the late rounds. Punches as a full SMW, and far more skilled than anyone carl has ever dreamed about facing. Carl's heart and power wouldn't pull him out of this one. Kess by wide UD!!

Froch would give him the kind of showcase he needs to be big stateside. I see that one ending like the Sartison fight, but with Carl getting carried out after the 12th round.

Nah, this would be a shut-out. Think Kessler vs. Andrade, but worse.

I'd give Froch a punchers chance but not a very good one.
Kessler stops him any time from mid rounds onwards.
Froch's poor defense is gonna cost him big in this matchup.

Here's an inaccurate statement: "far more skilled than anyone carl has ever dreamed about facing."

You might want to think back a bit to the skill of Joe Calzaghe, whom Froch constantly "dreams about" facing. Do you really think Kessler was "far more skilled" than Calzaghe.

Hmm, I wonder what would have happened had Kessler and Calzaghe actually met in the ring? My guess is convincing UD for Calzaghe, showing his considerable "skills" advantage over Kessler. But we'll never really know.

This fight would just be the best in 09, no doubt! But I can sense some kind of something;), that Froch is not that keen on it....?

I see Calzaghe winning a clear UD over Kessler.;)

    I know that.

I was being sarcastic. The earlier poster statements were so absurd considering all Froch has been talking about is Calzaghe, Calzaghe, Calzaghe, who convincingly beat Kessler.

Maybe I should used a sarcasm smily, if there is one.

Kessler would beat the **** out of him and KO him in 10 rounds.

But what's up with Kessler? He can have all that skill but I respect Froch alot more
than him, Froch is at least looking for big fights, and where the **** is Kessler?
