I think Taylor early, Froch late. Froch's sloppy defence worries me. I lean towards Taylor taking him out early.

I think that it will be competitive but that Taylor will win.

I would love to see Froch win because he can spice things up in the super middleweight division but I think stylisticaly Taylor has all the tools to beat him.

Froch probably needs a knockout to win.

I'd be very surprised if froch is knocked out, his defence is poor but his chin is top notch, if taylor winning its by decision i fell, pretty much a 50/50 fight IMO, I'm leaning towards froch by late TKO but wouldn't be surprised if taylor outboxes him

Froch has an awesome chin, and Taylor hasn't got the kinda' power required to break a strong chin through accumulation (i.e Mosley over Margarito)

Froch basically needs a K.O to win or to administer a beating of Calzaghe-Lacy proportions (not likely at all IMO)

My bet, the safest one but IMO most probably, is Taylor via WIDE PTS.

Well once again I got everything right except the outcome.

    Congratulations to Froch though!

Called this almost to a tee. Only I had it TKO11 not 12.

Wanted Taylor to pull it out, but he didn't as per usual. He just lacks a few of the intangibles that a real world class fighter needs, that killer instinct... and... well... balls.

I've always liked Jermaine Taylor since his earliest fights. When i watch a Taylor loss im never more torn in my thoughts on a fighter afterwards.

Yeah me and you are becoming telepathic! It sounds like excuses when you say 'Taylor is really really good/skilled and shouldn't have lost', but i suppose his heart just diminishes as tough fights go on. Also, im watching the fight right now and his flaws are really apparent, there's no side to side movement, so he should either make up for it with (i hate to say this) clinching, or more sustained offense like the sweet attack he hit Froch with at the end of the 8th round, but then again it doesn't look like he has the stamina for that type of thing. Maybe he needs to work on banging people out of there, or finishing, or maybe he's just doomed?

Also, credit to Froch, the last round was rather vicious indeed. But i just want to say on watching that, could you imagine Calzaghe-Froch? Mis-match imo (maybe that's harsh!!)

Froch might be limited from a technical standpoint but he is a tough SOB and he is a fans fighter.

This guy will produce some exciting fights!

Yeah definitely, my line there about how Froch-Calzaghe would look was a bit rich coming from a guy who always tries to underline how effectiveness overrides technical deficiencies.

Froch won by stoppage, enough said

yeh we are near telepathic lol

well i felt taylor lost the figt more than froch won it

i honestly think his stamina problem is a mental state of mind he has never grown out of and hes not mentally mature enough to handle his talent. Its kinda ironic because i always think Taylor lacks 'Bad Intentions' in his work and he needs to be more vicous so he can becoem a bette finisher

the lat round was effective Taylors hurtness came out of nowhere just all of a sudden he was hurt but them punches that finished the fight were little taps i dont think Froch can bang at the highest level.

hes tough yeh but IMO hes too sloppy to be in really good exciting fights like his fight with Pascal was good but the technical side really let it down and thats the most important bit of the fight, i mean technically Gatti is nearly as good as Froch

Calzaghe would take him apart IMO hes too clumsy and amatuerish to last with Joe but maybe hes coome to soon after Joe abit like Holmes and Ali
