Should he go after Chris John from the get go? Do you think he will be the one to KO Chris? Thoughts........
He would be just fine. He could potentially rule the featherweights even though we wouldn't get to see him fight them all. That's another division that has some very good fighters. He against John would be a good one. My pick would be Juan Ma by UD or late stoppage.
He wud KO chris john imo....Juan Ma is no slouch as a boxer and rocky juarez pushed chris john's chin to the brink late in the fight
That's a good point, but they did say he was just recovering from a cold or flu or something. (just to put that out there) I don't think that made a difference at all though.
I would rather see him try and do something more at 122 first. There is a lot of big names there he can face. a returning Vasquez a returning R Marquez a dominating Caballero if he beats Matheluba a comebacking Molitor if he beats Ruiz who beat Bautista Rendall Munroe Bernard Dunne stay buys opponents: Antonio Escalante has won six in a row now Jhonny Gonzalez going for title vs Nishioka if he wins seven in a row or he could keep beating up on little guys moving up from 118 but I would rather see him face more established fighters at 122. He looked great vs Penalosa though. Gerry has a ton of heart and skill.
