    zzzzz...

Guinn is a loser. Seriously, he seems to thrive on losing. He could be a decent fighter, but he's so lazy in the ring. He seems very comfortable to coast along doing enough to not win. Arreloa may not have any skills, or like to train hard and diet... okay Arreloa sucks; but at least when the bell rings he goes for it.

I heard that Guinn had his motivation back, but I've not seen any of his recent fights. I guess he's just the same as always then?

Maybe Guinn can cause Arreola problems, but I doubt it. I'm still waiting to see Arreola get tested, It didnt seem like McCline trained all that well and he seemed unmotivated.

McCline was not test, no. But I doubt Guinn would be, either.

Hey, if Guinn wants to fight Arreola should accept. Guinn is a good boxer and if Arreola can be the first to KO him it would say a lot. Even a points win would give Chris some valuable experience.

if guinn is in form, he'll cause arreola a lot of problems and could well beat him. given mccline's effort and shape, an in form guinn would be arreola's best opponent to date

" IF Guinn is his old self " , " If Guinn got his mojos back " etc... all this **** i dont believe no more.. Sure Guinn has the tools but he's mentally weak.. NOt sure what it is but he doesn't have that fire in him.. He'd rather just go through the motion..

Arreola knocks him the **** out and finishes him at this point.

The guinn who beat Michael Grant might beat Arreola but i dont believe him anymore.

Anyone remember that issue of the Ring where they were talking about the sucessors to Lewis, Tyson & Holyfield and they listed Guinn, Harrison and Mesi.

    TommyV i remember that!!!

To be honest, Guinn is the U.S version of Audley, who is only marginally better by having beaten Audley :rofl

Seriously though, motivated and in shape, Guin COULD beat Arreola.

But he won't and he'll get smashed in one or two rounds, which would be a waste of everybody's time, including Arreola's. As a keep busy fight (or try to get in ****in shape fight) it's good, but anything else and Arreola should go for Ibragimov or, ahem, Maskaev lol

i'm not saying the fight should be made, but c'mon arreolla ain't all that. and i'm not even saying a "motivated guinn" is that good, my point is that arreolla is not much better (than a "motivated guinn"). both guys at their best are basically fringe guys (though i'll give arreolla a little room to improve)

A " motivated " Guinn is much better than alot of these pretenders.

If they fought it wouldnt be competitive and i think Arreola would bowl him over by the half way mark.

Guinn was done a couple of years back and its a shame as he was a good talent.
