    First of all, your writings are unbelievable and I save every one of them! LOL. 2ndly, What do you think of Willie Pep and where he rates on all time list? just how great was he, were u a big fan?

    I wouldn't argue. But personally I think the top 4 are far ahead of the others in terms of P4P accomplishments. I have Charles at #5 though, he definately has to be top 7 in my opinion.

    Sugar Ray comes very close.

    Others also has a legit claim.

    Used to hang out with Daniel Mendoza, D...Those other guys mustta come along much later.

    One of the greatness fighters of all time, perfect record 7-0, most rember for his pair of bouts with John Gully which by reports were wars. Claim the title when he beat Belcher, but Belcher retire as champ years early, So This was the guy that needed to be beat to gain the championship in the people's eyes. Which he did.

    Retire due to poor health and died shortly after that in 1809. I rank him in the top 3 or 4.

    Mendoza, Belcher, and Pearce, I suppose the list would feel out with Crib, Jackson and others perhaps.
