He's been heavily dropped on boxrec , down to 30 and 14 in Europe

Boxrec ratings aren't worth a spunk.

    I like Duddy...

He's extremely over-rated and hasn't got a chance in hell at being THE Champion but there is something about his style (or lack of it) that makes him worth watching.

I'd like to see him in against Andy Lee in an all-Irish, both overhyped fight that could be quite interesting.

The defeat could be a blessing in the long run, the pressure of being undefeated is gone and people are writing him off.

IMO he should forget about trying to tighten up his leaky defence, it's harmed his offence dramatically without improving his defence all that much. Revert back to the face first pressure style that made him such a popular fighter in the first place, a la LaMotta or Gatti. He certainly has the chin for it and would be far more effective offensively on the inside.

Maybe a tune up , work on his defence then a European title and try and get back on to the world scene

He's dropped to 5 on the wbo rankings which isn't that bad from 2 , wonder if he could make 154 which he said he was going to try and do

Never understood the big deal with Duddy. He's a gutsy fighter but he's very limited.
