Dominick Guinn has to move over and make room for another fighter thats going to be just like him.(hint) The guy supposedly has bad intentions
Are you guys ****ing kidding me?! Fighting Guinn at this stage of Arreola's career would be a step backward. Arreola needs to fight nothing but contenders from now on. Guinn has done NOTHING in recent years to deserve a shot at such a highly ranked opponent. **** him!
After Guinns third "Im motivated Im back in the mix OH WAIT I just lost a decision to a journeyman" fight, I said **** it and gave up on the kid. I'll believe it when I see it. Till then Guinn is nothing more than a failed prospect that couldnt handle the big stage
It was good, if Guinn didn't have a good chin Thompson would've KO'd him, Tony Thompson teed off on him in the later rounds and won a clear decision.
I agree with all of you, this would be a major step backwards for Arreola. It could have been a good fight if Guinn had kept it together the past few years though. Boxingwizard-Thanks I'll check it out somehow. Sounds good.
Guinn has been in there with James Toney, Liakhovich, Tony Thompson, Monte Barrett, Eddie Chambers, Audley Harrison... He has the experience on his side... Plus he's proved to be durable... Never down, never stopped, and never seemed to be seriously hurt... Thompson was probably the only guy to really get to him... Guinn always finds a way to lose.... He's like McGyver in that department.... could have beat Sergei, and Monte, and Friday, and Hawkins.... thats about it.... I thnk with Arreola, Guinn is gonna get a lot of target to bang on... At this point, Guinn pulls off the upset.... Maybe Arreola should fight Friday.... Prospects dont like him....
I agree 100% except Guinn has good skills & a solid chin. THat would be a risky fight for Arreola but he'd gain valuable experience which he will certainly need if he plans to fight either Klitschko.
A motivated Guinn? Since when did that creature walk this earth? Guinn was simply never that good to begin with. A decent left hook and it ends there.
