It's quite amusing that people are taking Williams and making these dream matches with everyone from Floyd Mayweather to Chad Dawson, and everyone in between.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the type of guy you think of when you discuss "Pound for Pound" and **** like that?

Who else in all of boxing can go from 147 to 160 and actually compete with the best in the division? (favored over everyone from 147 to 154 and everyone but 2 in 160) And then go to 168 and at least be decent? (probably favored over 60% of those guys too.) And yet, people laugh when he gets ranked really high in the P4P rankings.

I'm just sayin...

 

I agree Paul Williams is the definition of P4P that's why he's #4 on my list.

 

He's definitely P4P top 5, but this match up is getting silly...

I think his limit is 160's for now.....and he's top 2 there....

 

Dawson would beat the **** out of Williams overrated ass. Believe me Williams don't want any of Dawson, way TOO skilled for Williams.

 

paul willaims does have incredible work rate but dawson is alot faster than him so dawson speed will cut that work rate in my oppinion but there is others i would love for him to fight that is sergio martinez. someone brought that match up too before cant remember. i feel he need to stay at 154 first than move up in weight conquer the weight divisions first.

 

only time will tell how he is in 160 to me the winky fight was just the name not the fighter. kolle i dont even think about.but to move up to weight classes and possess the same work rate i was impress with. i would like for him to stay at 154 and try for a title than 160.if all goes well than either defend at 160 for bhop title defense record if is so dominant like others believe or move up to 168

easy dawson victory. at welter pw is an absolute freak of nature who cant be touched by anyone. at 160 i think hes just another one of the guys more or less(one of the top 3-5 obviously)

at 160 i dont think paul has very much pop. at 175 those punches he throws are gunna feel like love taps. i dont care how long you give him to grow into the division, i just dont think hes meant to be succesful above 168.
