    Because Cotto is Arums pride and joy. The only reason he even let Margo fight Cotto was because he expected Cotto to win. If he knew would do what he did, he would of never had it happen.

    Floyd tried to make the fight once and was turned down.



    The dates also dont match up.

    Cotto had not even beaten Shane Mosley by the time Floyd had beat Baldomir.

    Floyds next fight was against DLH and then Hatton. While Cotto was then preparing for a showdown with Margo later that year after a warm up in Gomez.

    Reading is not your strong suit is it? Cotto nor Floyd ever called each other out. Thats the bottom line. Arum has nothin to do with this crap.

    False.

    Floyd called Cotto out back at 140 and tried to make the fight.

    Guess we forgot that.


    At 147, it never happened because the dates never matched up.

    Cotto wasn't considered ready until Floyd was on his way to mega fights.

    Is this when Cotto was still green? I dont remember Cotto being to season even when Floyd left 140.
