So I guess you still have Margarito above Cotto? But then you'd have to have Cotto above Mosley and Mosley above Margarito! Oh no!

Yea, no question. It doesn't matter how badly pac dominates Hatton. I don't think it will be an issue as I see Hatton winning this Saturday.

Poor Example, Cotto has a better resume then Margarito, and Mosley has a better resume then Cotto, so regardless of if they all beat each other it all goes back to resumes

However in this case, Pac beat Marquez already, and he has the better resume, so why I would I rank Manuel above Pacman? It just doesn't make since

Because Pac's fights with Marquez were very close and the majority of boxing fans think JMM won. Aside from that, PBF will be by the far the best win on either of their resumes, it's not even close. Add to that what Marquez has done in his last two fights and I don't see why anyone would rank pac above Marquez, it just doesn't make sense.

How bout PacMan fights Jmm one more time another classic match.. Oh wait Pacman dont want it neither do SOME of his fans not all of them at least.. "Oh he beat him why not fight again"??

It will be another classic boxing match but still some people dont want it,this is whats wrong with the a few in the boxing world.. Its also the fans that dont demand that good fights "just because"

Let them duke it out one more time and then well see whos the true P4P I think Jmm earned that right..

I agree that it was close (the 2nd 1 atleast), but I still gave Pac the fight (as did the judges), and secondly I don't see how a win over Floyd would make it better the Pac's win over Marquez, cuzz first off, Floyd hasn't been in the ring in nearly 2 years, so that would be the obvouis excuse, but excuses aside even, let's say that for what ever reason that the ring rust isn't even a factor in his victory, then that just shows how truly great Marquez really is and that would make Pac's victory over Marquez mean that much more

Now best win aside, one win doesn't make a resume, Pac's overall body of work on his resume is better then Marquez's, this isnb even questionable, Pac has more quality wins, now I'm not about to list them individually cuzz any1 can just go and compare there Boxrec's, but yes overall Pac has the better resume

So all in all, Marquez would have to avenge his loss in order to b recgonized as the consensus P4P King in my book, but if some1 thinks Marquez beat Pac and they "personally" beleive he's the best P4P, that's 1 thing, but to say he's consensualy the best fighter P4P, I'd have to disagree with that

That's not how boxing works. Pac doesn't get credit for Marquez's future accomplishments. Even if JMM can beat floyd, I highly doubt pac would stand a chance in hell as floyd would be the worst style for pac. So if that's your reasoning for keeping pac above Marquez it doesn't add up. Beside, what about the people who think Marquez beat pac, that would only seal Marquez's hold on the top spot if he were to beat mayweather.

Pac moves to #1, Marquez moves to #2...its that simple.

Just like college football and basketball.

I wouldn't say he's #1 right now but he abso****inglutely would be if he beat Mayweather.

But hey wait a second, DLH said Hatton will be no.1 after beating Pac so i guess that would make JMM #2. :yep
