Floyd's retired and hasn't fought in a year and a half. You're on the right track though.

Are we counting PR born fighters? Cuz if so Kermit Cintron has to be up there.

    Anyways:

    1- Bernard Hopkins
    2- Paul Williams
    3- Kelly Pavlik
    4- Chad Dawson
    5- Shane Mosley

That's of course not counting other fighters from the US of Ey.

Donaire born in Phillipines but moved here at 10. Most likely a U.S. citizen but of course he'd still be considered a Filipino boxer. Other countries adopt fighters as their own, but seems even if you fight from here, no matter what, it does not count if you were born somewhere else.:think

That's ^^^ the most correct rankings. Can't count Floyd till he has had his first fight back. :good

I tend to go with the fighters themselves.

Eg. John Duddy considers himself Irish despite being born in the UK, Calzaghe considers himself Welsh despite being born in England. As far as I'm aware Donaire considers himself Filipino, no?

I think its fair to wait until after Floyd comes back to put him there... I dunno, we need to see him fight first.
