Mayweather based on the fact that there isn't a man on this PLANET under than 160 lbs that could beat Floyd Mayweather, period.

Cotto said he had problems landing to Margo's body because Tony used his height just enough to keep out of Miguel's body punching range. He wouldn't have that same problem against Floyd who is about the same height.

That really doesnt make sense given that Margorito stalked Cotto the whole fight...I dont remember him taking a step back in the Cotto fight...Cotto said he couldnt get to Marogorito's body because he kept his elbows tucked.

Range is very important in boxing and given thet Margo never got too close to Miguel you could easily see how he'd have problems landing to the body with those short arms of his... Margo was the stalker, but you don't have to be the boxer to keep you height and distance. Watch a kelly Pavlik fight as an example.

He's the only one I'd give better than a 35% chance. I'd give him about 40% chance.

I agree. I think this is the worst matchup for Mayweather, which is why he'll never take the fight anytime soon.

Cotto gets his ass whipped, I mean seriously Floyd is probably the best fighter of his generation. Cotto has much improved, but he is still flawed defensively and is not nearly as fast or skilled as Floyd. It would be a good fight, but I think Floyd could possible stop Cotto around the 10th or 11th rd, but Cotto could as well go the distance.

A Worse matchup than Paul Williams? Of course that fight would never be made, but Paul's size, volume of punches, length, and stamina would give PBF a lot of problems.

I would take Mayweather in this one. He's quicker and smarter than Cotto in the ring(not to say Cotto is dumb). I will never forget the look on Cotto's face when he attended the Mayweather vs Bruseles fight. He was blown away at the speed and ease in which Floyd was handling him. Floyd was holding conversations with Lampley about the football playoffs during the rounds.:-( Lampley made a comment saying "That's the second time Floyd has turned southpaw in the fight," and Floyd corrected him and said "It was the 3rd.":verysad That was a display of total dominance and confidence that I had never seen before. The guy is amazing and it's going to take a very good and determined fighter to beat him.:good

Cotto gets hit too easy, cant do that with Floyd, he's too accurate. Floyd's too fast, too skilled and too good defensively.
