*******s will tell you how they had revolts and things but with us, we just let them be independent. I bet they'll tell you they won their independence though! We won the Phillipines from the Spanish. America actually had the option to take all the land to Mexico City after the Mexican-American War as well. We could have a lot more territory. The only damned thing we kept from the Phillipines was Guam, and I think that's because we have a military base there.

    1. Chad Dawson (He'd beat anyone from 168-200 Including Hopkins)
    2. Paul Williams (Would beat anyone from 147-154, would give Pavlik and Abraham a run for their money)
    3. Bernard Hopkins (2nd to Chad Dawson, but it looks like he's done fighting meaningful comp)
    4. Sugar Shane Mosley (Best welterweight in the world)
    5. Kelly Pavlik (Best middleweight in the world)

Wild Card - Mayweather. If Mayweather is anywhere near his skill level displayed 2 years ago, he takes the top spot no problem.

If you're counting places where you have military bases then you could claim all the British, German, Cuban, Japanese and Australian fighters!

Would you count boxers from Afganistan and Iraq your own boxers because you have military bases there, huge influence and control over everything?:p
