Tua, Jimmy Thunder, and for some that might remember Paea Wolfgram are all pacific islanders. People who have a distant relation to asians (more specifically malays).

Although some of them look asian they are NOT asian. If there are to be any asian heavyweights they would probably be asian-american. Just like how PR and Mexico produced their hw. (Ruiz and Arreola)

    Arrelo is from Cali.
I thought that was still part of America and not Mexico?

OH yeah - when did "brown"
become the same thing as black? Like all these Cuban defectors flying the Cuban flag. WTF? You risked your life to get away from it but you love it?
    Stupid people ...

I remember this guy fro the olympics.Nijiati Yushan, right, of China, hugs with Yamiko Chinula, of New Zealand, after Yushan won, 27-13, in the Heavyweight 91kg class of the World Boxing Championships in Chicago, Friday, October 26, 2007. (AP Photo/Nam Y. Huh) 27 Oct, 2007

Arreola is Mexican-American just like Ruiz is Puerto-Rican American (as much as both would like to deny that they are connected to Ruiz in any way). You know born in America but with roots elsewhere?

Cuban defectors fly the flag because as much as they hate who runs their country they still love it and the people who live in it.

Sounds about right, considering he was no spring chicken when he was in Enter the Dragon in 1973. Evidently his kids now are some of the top Asian bodybuilders, not that I'm into that kind of thing.

You can't hate your country's leadership but love your country?
