I'd post a video, but then I'd have to post all the videos. It's literally the only thing out of his mouth at this point. Who's been seeing this? He only says it about 86 times in this one...

Amir Khan was throwing it around in an interview about the fight as well. They talk about it like its a physical title belt like any other.

Whatever makes Hatton a fighter, let him go Ahab and Don Quioxte, and chase down his white whale or wind mill.

hmm says... it's just hard to believe that nobody is breaking the news to him. He said at the press conference he's been reading what the fans, media, internet, etc. etc. have been saying but yet he seems oblivious over the matter.:huh

I think Hatton's making an ass of himself a bit but wasn't he actually ranked #2 at the time of the Mayweather fight? If so, that might have gotten him there back then.

Hatton was ranked 8th when he fought Mayweather. He's never been higher then 5. If he had beaten Mayweather an opponent his size, he would have probably been p4p number 1. But beating a fighter moving up in weights doesnt earn you the tag. If he beat Cotto or Clottey or something maybe.

Hattons not that far fetched here, although I wouldnt have him as number 1 but shoot hes got as much claim as anyone in the top 5 which he will probably be if he beats Pac especially if he does it impressively.

Same monkeys that dismiss the p4p rankings as a joke of a ranking are the same ones who cares if Ricky claims being #1. WTF??

A lot of the rhetoric that's come out of Hatton and his team down the years has been an embarrassment to British boxing in my opinion. I remember watching 24/7 build up to the Mayweather fight...

“I think one thing that a lot of people don’t know about me is that I’m a lot smarter fighter than people give me credit for. I’m a pressure fighter but I use educated pressure, I work the angles”

The “educated pressure” phrase must have been used several BILLION times in the run up to that fight, Hatton and Billy Graham would have you believe that he was second coming of Roberto Duran, and what happened on fight night? The complete opposite as a desperate, wild and flailing Hatton short on ideas got counterpunched to **** before getting thoroughly KTFO by a properly educated boxer.

So now he has Mayweather Senior in his corner and we really are to believe that Hatton has finally mastered the art of ‘educated pressure’. Well I say bull****. Hatton could very well win on Saturday night, but it’ll have nothing to do ‘educated pressure’ and everything to do with his natural size and weight advantage.

At least we have seen Mayweather - Hatton and Pac - Hatton now.

Who else then Ricky Hatton does that?

Also his Malignaggi win. He's bragging it all the time at the drop of hat. The poor fellow is kinda nervous and he's scraping the bottom of the barrel.
