I know its easy to play armchair boxing critic but if you have seen weaknesses, trends or predictable habits in Manny that Hatton would be able to try to take advantage of, what would they be??

People always suggest some short-comings in Ricky's game, I just wanted to see what the opinions would be on the flip side..

Hes not much of a thinker. His style is pretty predictable and repetitious. His strength and speed compensates for a lot of his lack of ring savvy. Hatton was the same way, although maybe Mayweather has him thinking about a few things now.

the way he keeps his guard up when his opponent is throwing combinations often blocks his vision.

Ive noticed that too. Do you think that Hatton would be able to take advantage of that?
I guess its easier said than done. Although JMM seemed to land some combos on him. Cant remember anyone else in recent memory doing so.

If you want to see Pacquiao's flaws exploited, watch his two fights against Marquez. Pacquiao is predictable and can be hit by somebody who has speed and timing. That might be the reason that Pacquiao isn't overly enthusiastic about the rematch.

Why don't people see that Pacquiao of 2003 is a completely different fighter to the Pacquiao of right now??

Pac in '03 was far more raw, far more one-dimensional, far less skilled, far less defensively aware than he is now (and he was an excellent fighter even then, just ask MAB!).

I think most people will be pretty shocked by Pac against Ricky. His footwork and movement have improved dramatically over the past couple of years. He will be more elusive than ever before v Hatton.

He is now a genuinely skilled boxer, a completely different animal to what he was in the Morales defeat. Hopefully after tomorrow he will be viewed as such on a wider scale.

No I don't think Hatton can. Even JMM could barely take advantage of that and he is the best combination puncher in the sport. I think Pac has developped to a point where even if he doesn't see all the punches coming he has a natural feel for them and therefore he can still counter them. the knockdown vs JMM in the rematch is a good example of this

Do you think that Hatton has a chance to get on the inside and throw manny off his rhythm/frustrate him?

Or do yo uthink that Manny's legs will avoid all that

If Hatton can push Manny back against the ropes, then I think Manny will be frustrated and have a hard time moving off. If the fight is fought off the ropes I don't think Hatton will be able to get inside as Manny moves around extremely quickly. But if Hatton can grab Manny and push him against the ropes, then I think yea, he can get on the inside and throw him off his rhythm.

That he doesnt foul the enemy even he gets fouled all the time.

Tho I would like to see the Pac on Pac-Solis in Round5 or 6. Where after he got low blowed he went wild.

Pac has lost some speed as he has gone up in weight. Hatton has pretty fast hands. Its all down to Hatton protecting his face- if he lets Pac pot shot him then its over by the 6th
