Nah mate thats what im doing or have done anyways. ive been training harder running and training in my wooly hat and hoody and ive gone down to about 70kg which is great cos when i do start fighting i can lose that extra kg easy. besides i may have my first fight sooner than expected, i just need to pass a physical first. Besides crash dieting aint my thing.....i loves my sunday dinners too much lol. And guys quick question........why has this thread changed from me losing weight to RDJ's *****?
Nothing wrong with that. I'm only a bit older than you, about the same height and I'm around 58-59KG. You're just a fat ****.
