pac still has flaws but not as much as before since he has become more well-rounded as a fighter.

you can say the same thing about hatton but hopefully floyd sr. was able to correct some of his flaws too.

well if you have never step in a ring and laced them up you would never aprecciated what manny has become. he was once 1 dimesional but now if you can predict him you are a mind reader. the kid is a monster. good night hatton.

Agreed, but in two camps with Mayweather, Hatton is no Marquez when it comes to counterpunching. That's why Manny still takes this fight. He's often there to be hit, but can Ricky stand in and counterpunch? Doubt it...

Hes not a good counter puncher. He normal waits till the combo is over then comes back. He use to leap into his straight left. I see him correcting this issue more and more each fight however. Its almost non existent at this point but hatton wont be able to react to that.

Perhaps a nice full Burt Reynolds mustache will suit him better?

Your right, he has been turned into more of a technical boxer, and I acknowledged that, but he still is predictable and not able to change up much. He kind of beats to the same rhythem all the way through the fight, but with better technique and defense than he did in 03.

I think one of Pacquiaos Flaws right now that is not a good sign going into this fight, He does seem un focused in my eyes I dont think he is taking this fight as serious as he should be, Yes he will be in peak condition but in terms of being mentally prepaired for war, I dont see it.

    hmm says...

    I disagree..
He is a thinker... In any sport, you can be a thinker while still utilizing your instincts
Predictable and repetitious (bold statement)... back then yes... recently No

    I agree..
Speed compensating what he lacks... every fighters' strengths help them compensate where they lack...

Not a physical flaw, but his victory over DLH might have given Pac an over-inflated sense of his capabilities. I think he'll struggle against Hatton.

If anyone is to believe recent articles, Roach expects Pac to KO Ricky within 3:-(

Both Marquez fights looked pretty similar & Marquez style has always remained the same, I thought the `newer version` of Pac might have offered more to JMM than the `one dimensional` Pac 4 yrs earlier but its possible he actually offered less, he certainly never improved on his performance.

I do see Pac as being a bit more defensively aware with greater control in his work but part of his greatness was his relentlessness & he has toned that down IMO to compensate for his new found boxing ways.

I see him as being a bit different, more controlled but thats not always a good thing, time will tell if its a good thing vs Hatton.

Ive already bet Hatton on pts but no scenario will suprise me.
