As a fan of the sport...Which type of fight\victory do you prefer watching?

-Do you like to see a brutal KO?
-Do you like to see a fighter give a one sided ass whooping?
-Do you like to see a war?
    ECT.

There is so many ways a fight could possiblely end...So I ask my fellow posters...as a fan of the sport which type of fights do you prefer to watch??

A war. A real see-saw fight with both fighters trading big punches and going all out for 3 minutes a round, where you don't know who's going to win. Ala Marquez-Vazquez.

IMO thats what brings new fans to the sport whenever they watch a fight like that....You've got two fighters thats puts it out on the line and give fans what they want to see.

    Good post man!:good

Yeah probably a war but sometimes I appreciate it when its supposed to be a 50/50 fight but the slight underdog gives his opponent a boxing lesson. What I mean is like Hopkins/Pavlik and Calzaghe/Lacy. Now I cannot stand Joe Calzaghe but it was superb to watch him take Lacy to 'the school of the noble art' as it was Hopkins when he just put on a masterclass and broke Pavliks heart.

A back and forth match between two skilled boxers or a chess match between two technical boxers.

I like wars best for the sustained excitement but a good KO really does get the juices flowing! Where is the option for a war that ends in a KO!

I love all out wars that could go either way, but its alwas good to see a 1 sided ass whooping and Kos along the way. Too many Wars would just make things boring so its nice to mix things up a bit.

    Fave war = Eubank V Benn 2

Fave ass whooping = Calzaghe V Lacy

    Fave KO = Jones V Griffin 2

I prefer a fight between two technical boxer punchers that have a chin. Those type of fights deliver back and forth action and war. Good example is Barrera vs Morales.
