what you brought up was discussed a while ago in other site. pac mentioned about hatton's unpredictable style and they said they prepared well for this style thats why they figured how to counter hatton. of course it is easier said than done because pac is not a counter puncher. if things goes bad then pac might ended up as a brawler. the physical stronger hatton then would have a big chance. but remember pac loves brawler. so lets see.

I think if this fight is fought at a distance, it spells big trouble for Ricky.
I don't think he has the speed, timing or straight punches to off-set Manny's attacks.
I'm sure I heard Roach say that the only thing worrying him in Pac's sparring sessions was a tendency to back up onto the ropes and cover up.
This will be a big mistake against Hatton who can use his superior strength to really rough him up, go to the body and slow Manny down.
Hatton needs to try to establish his jab like he did in the Malignaggi fight then cut off the ring and make the fight as physical as possible.
As far as Hatton's trouble with southpaw's - I've always felt he's particularly open to a straight left, which obviously doesn't bode well for Saturday.

he has trouble with slick boxers, not neccesarily southpaws. However, by the same token, Pac has trouble with agressive fighters, so they both are each others Achilles heel.

He isnt the best fighter in the world..he took 6 rounds to get rid of ODLH was it? Ricky would have done it in half that time

    Obviously, not counting retired fighters.

That genius RoughD apparently thought it was hilarious to refer to Pacquiao as the best southpaw on the planet.

My simple question is, who's better?

Take your time, RoughD, I'll wait...

People are riding off that DLH performance and its going to blow up in their faces when they see that Not only is Hatton hitting back but its hurting manny and slowing him down.

I cant wait to hear the excuses they are already set, Moorer shouldnt be working with Roach what for? if it aint broke dont fix it

    then there will be

Well on 24/7 Roach had a hard time clearing out the fans Manny was distracted.

    Then there will be

Manny got blisters or Ricky cheated and fouled his way to a win, I cant wait the excuses are already there ready to go.
My observation was that Manny seemed to not be taking Ricky serious at the presser he couldnt keep himself from laughing when they would face off, that is a clear sign that Manny IMO thinks very little of this fight.

You do know that "would have, could have, should have" and also "if" don't count.

A ******* of course, Look Why bring in Moorer now? Freddy has already got Manny where he needs to be, there is really nothing more you can do with Manny, so why the change now?

Brining in another trainer to assist, can often lead to a fighter being confused, new ideas, new voice in the corner the whole bit.
