Warren is personally liable to pay Calzaghe so it won't be because of that.

What are the BBBOC rules on this. If a Football Club e.g. Leeds acts in the same manner they get a points deduction.

What about the other creditors those who perform smaller less well paid roles in a big event - security, catering, cleaning etc?

Not being funny and I DO think Warren should pay Calzaghe as the man effectively put his life on the line getting in that ring......BUT I will laugh my nuts off if Calzaghe doesn't get paid. warren is a ****/genius :)

I bet we dont see Buncey commenting on this one.

Bit of a minefield to tiptoe through for him.

Warren ultimately does not need the BBB of C, he has shown in the past with the National Boxing Council, he is prepared to bypass them, if he does not get his own way.

Please could somebody tell me if Franks company "Sports Network" goes into administration but he continues to operate under "Frank Warren Promotions" how does that work, do they not come after Frank as the Individual who is liable for any outstanding moneys owed from "Sports Network":huh

I don't know how the British legal system deals with this kind of thing.

Yes if he is the director of the new comapny. Even if he isn't it is 99% certain that a court would render him personally liable if Calzaghe brought a claim against him. Warren would then be ordered to pay Calzaghe's costs as well so it's a totally pointless move that will only result in him shelling out even more money. Then again Warren has never been the most rational individual. Basically he just throwing his toys out of the pram.
