Address what he is saying, FINITO.

If Marco was all but done when he lost to Manny the first time, how can any credibility be attributed to Marquez for beating the same man 4 years later? If at all, an all but done Marco was more than competitive with Marquez at his peak, and that speaks volumes of how comparable they are in terms of greatness.

He got no answer. He wouldn't dare say "Pacquiao smoked Morales", "Pacquiao has 2 wins over Morales, and that's all that matters".

But he has NO problem with doing that with JMM. He's a bullshitter, tries to sound unbiased, he's not even close to it.

It all boils down to the old cliche "styles make fights".

At that time both Marco and JMM were counter punchers. Made for a very cagey affair.

Marco became that way as he slowed. Against a young priming pacquiao (incredible speed) , Marcos developing CP style had no chance.

Bull****. So according to you 2, Marco was past it, then sustained a lot of punishment in the Pacquiao fight, so this means he was pretty much shot, right?. Then fights competitively with Marquez, only cause styles make fights. :rofl. Nice bull****.

I actually agree with the last paragraph.

I've often said otherwise to wind up the *******s, but Barrera was clearly not a shot item. He would go on to put some decent performances, and I feel the third Morales fight was arguably his finest hour outside of the Hamed victory. Pacquiao's style would always walk over the counterpunching Barrera, unless of course he tries to box himself, like in the return fight.

Barrera developed his CP style late in his career, and so it was a new and inexperienced style, regardless of how great the man was. Against the likes of Juarez, it was enough to win through. But against a top fighter, especially one with a ferocious style, such a relatively undeveloped CP style never stood a chance.

By the time Barrera fought JMM he had honed his CP style. And so we had two ageing Mexican warriors in a chess match

Lets reverse the situation. Say Barrera loses to Marquez and takes as much punishment as he did vs Pacquiao, then fights Juarez, Morales, and the other people, Pedden, etc. Then he fights Pacquiao, and Pac win's by the margin Marquez won against MAB. You two nuthuggers Radab and FINITO would say Marquez's win was the truth, and that he ruined MAB and Pac fought nothing but a shadow of him. So please drop the bull**** already.

Point is, you don't want take back what you said about Barrera's state in the Manny fight, cause you don't want to admit anything to the "*******s" cause you are two ******ed children, with your little forum pride. Which in turn, ****ed you over in these argument, because you want Marquez's win against MAB to mean something. But it wouldn't mean anything cause MAB would have to be shot by then using your logic.

Definition of a nuthugger. No Less.

I'm no *******, JMM/Pac fights are too close. I like both, and support both. Why would I want JMM to beat Floyd (not likely), why? cause I'm a "*******" and want Pac's rival to get so much credit? Please. I just like making FINITO look like the idiot he is.

Selfkill, Unlike Barrera/pac 1, Marquez/barrera was a fight between two fighers who were past their best. It wasnt like barrera/pac where one was an aging fighter while the other was a primed one who hadn't even hit his peak yet.

IN 07 during the time of Marquez/barrera, marco was an agin fighter yet a capable one who still had the goods.. He was far from his best obviously but he was good enough to beat anybody besides Marquez and Pacman.

Marquez himself was past his prime when he beat barrera. He may had a little less mileage on his body but he was clearly not at his best. Marquez may have been getting more offensive and creating excitement but dont think that this is the best of him.. He was much more aware and got hit less during his prime..

FINITO finally got his answer from Radab. Even though it's wrong. Cause Barrera was way more past it than Marquez. It's not close. Gotta love how FINITO comes in a copy pastes Radab, ALMOST :patsch.

The majority of JMMs career was spent as a master CP. Like Marco, Juan changed his style in his later years. When Marco fought Marquez, Juan was getting used to his new boxer/puncher self. Actually made for an epic crossroads fight - one masters new style on the rise, one masters new syle on the decline.

Unfortunatly, the true peak JMM was before he became famous

It only seemed that way because he was fighting lesser opposition. A fighters peak is when the said fighter goes through his best run of performances against the toughest opposition in my estimation, and this is clearly happening now and probably began with Manny Pacquiao 1.

This is what I was about to say. Who did Marquez fight, what other great fighter tested him, so that now we can say he's this much or that much past it. We don't really have a way to measure that, cause he didn't have too many great opponents. You can try and say you can see it in his ability, but that doesn't cover it, cause he's fighting better people, so he doesn't look as good.
