The chain of evidence was broken when the CSAC allowed Mosley's trainer to take the alleged foreign material and put it in a bag, signed and sealed by, guess who? Mosely's attorney atsch Anybody could have interfered with the evidence once it was removed from CSAC's sight. OJ got off on murder on a smaller technicality than that, so it wouldn't surprise me if Margo does get reinstated, and good on him - I'd like to see him whoop Cotto's arse again in a rematch just to prove all the bandwagon-jumping haters out there that he did it the first time unaided by loaded gloves.
The CSAC's "evidence" of Margarito's guilt has been suspect from the very beginning and the way they handled this case was very amateurish. I'm not willing to say Margarito was innocent but as far as I'm concerned the commision has not proven his guilt beyond a shadow of a doubt.
now im almost certain he was clean. 1 year is not a long time to be away from the ring. if he was guilty he would just take the year long vacation and not stir the pot anymore. he knows if he is guilty and starts making waves his suspension will be for a lot longer than one year and no one in their right mind would take that chance over 1 year. im glad he is not taking this lying down. this is going to give a lot of haters heartburn.
