He was p4p #3 coming off wins Hamed, Ayala, Kelley, Morales & Tapia. Pac anihilates him. MAB goes on to beat Morales most convincingly who was champ at 130 and have a good few years run. What do you think?

Morales at 130 outboxes Corrales UD 12. Corrales is not fast enough to land enough punches on Morales, who had an iron chin and would not be KO'd with 1 punch.

You mean when Casa KO Corrales or when he beat him by SD? Casa didnt have the toughness or height of Morales either.

Corrales is a B+ fighter, Morales was an A+ p4p ATG level of fighter.

How can a guy who was on a winning streak, younger than Pac & Floyd is now, came back on a winning streak after loosing to Pac, was p4p #3 be past his prime? What logic?

Morales is one of the greatest fighters to ever come out of Mexico, his resume is littered with top names, 1 of them none other than the current p4p king himself. At his best, Morales was 1 of the best BW ever and I think that makes him an A+ level fighter. Yeah H2H Castillo & Corrales would probably have had MAB & Morales...I thought that was given being that Morales & MAB best weight was probably 122/126 and Castillo/Corrales at 135.

Hoya, Hatton, Morales*2, JMM, MAB*2, Larios, Ledwaba & Sasakul. Champ in 6 weight divisions, lineal in 4 accross 10 divisions.

VS

Hoya, Hatton, Judah, Gatti, Castillo, Corrales, Chavez, C Hernandez, G Hernandez. Champ in 5 weight divisions, Lineal in 2/3 accross 5, undefeated.

To me that is roughly the same amount of big wins. I left out guys like Diaz & Baldomir because they were more 1 hit wonders. Pac's glowing positives are the amount of weight divisions his skimmed through, he's a freak. Floyd is obviously undefeated. Given that Floyd had top trainers training him since he was 2yrs old and his career carefully managed, in contrast to Pac's blue collar style rise to the boxing world coming from the slums and not really having had a great trainer until he was 22. I think its fair to say that both guys have reasons for loosing early or remaining undefeated.

Both are IMO next to RJJ, the 2 most naturally talented fighters of their generation that would be a top fighter in any era. 2 years ago though, the mere mention of Pac possibly beating Hatton was a joke...even then he was in contention for p4p king...if he really does it, IMO he edges PBF. When PBF beats JMM, they will be even terms again and a fight between the 2 will settle who is the greatest.

I respect the fact that you didn't go down the hating route of trying to falsify a belief of MAB being possibly shot. lol.

 

Fair enough, you have a slightly different ranking system. I think Pac, PBF can hang with any fighter respective of their weight class in any era therefore I rate them A+. At worst I would have MAB & Morales A level fighters with guys like Hatton/Castillo being A-.
