IMO, '92 Bowe beats Foreman........... BUT! That is the ONLY version of Bowe who could do it........... Foreman beats the rest of Bowe at any other time........

Bowe was also solid and deadly in 1991, as well............ He lapsed against Pierre Coetzer on HBO, but he still got the job done........ Bowe was a killer in 1991 / '92....

Bowe wins here. Maybe via late round TKO. The 90's Foreman was a good story, but vastly over rated in the ring.

It said Prime Foreman but either way Bowe gets knocked out. You see what Golota did to him? Why wouldn't Foreman be able to do the same? Bowe best wins came again Holyfield. That is pretty much it for his career. He struggle with Pierre Coetzer who is a very good fighter by the way. Foreman knocked this guy out and Bowe couldt only knock him down with low blows.

I see Bowe stopping Foreman in about 5 rounds.

    '92 Bowe vs prime Foreman?

I see that most of the posters have picked Bowe.

Bowe could beat Foreman if he could get through the first 4/5 rounds.

    But could he?

That's the question that really needs to be answered here.

prime foreman wins easily over bowe. seems to me the only thing that turns yall on about bowe is his wins against holyfield. other than that he was not as good as foreman in his prime. bowe does win over the resurfaced coming out of retirement george.

I love Foreman..... I do......... But I hated Dick & Sandy Sadler as handlers / trainers..... They were cheerleaders who barked...... Archie Moore was a good choice for Foreman's team all around..... Prime Foreman had the youth and determination, but lacked the proper teaching...... Prime Foreman only knew how to snap a left jab properly.... Everything else was basically amateurish by most standards......

In truth, Foreman at age 41 & 42 actually had the skills and the knowledge of a complete fighter, but he had slowed to a crawl due to age and excessive bulk on his frame...... Still, he was powerful........

Foreman really, really slowed down around and shortly before the Moorer fight. He could actually move fairly well the first few years of his comeback.

Anyway, Bowe was ALWAYS easy to hit. He wasn't nearly impossible to tag cleanly like jimmy Young. And no heavyweight that ever lived could take flush Foreman bombs.
