But im not arguing that JMM isnt smaller, my point is that people are complaining about Floyd doing it but didnt say anything when Hopkins or Hagler did it.

Haton looked no worse than DLH did against Sturm.

As I pointed out, Pavlik had tasted competition above 160 lbs. It wasn't a completely foreign treck. It was a 4 lb jump from where he had fought in Feb this year.

    Right this isn't new.

But it doesn't make it exactly right or fair either. Oscar De La Hoya got railed brutally for taking on a fight against a guy who was fighting at 130 or 135....Floyd isn't above the critiquing either.

Dude....you missed what I was posting about. You replied to me on something I wasn;t even addressing. THAT is why i asked if you can read.

    Yeah, that's what I said.

Who else jumped two divisions to do what JMM is doing?

They both looked like ****. Maybe his looking like **** is why DLH had Hopkins come down to 156 for their 160 title fight.

You can't use Hagler because how many of us were posting here when Hagler was fighting? Hell I'm fairly certain I was nothing more than twinkle at that point when Hagler took on Leonard  **** I probably was a concept then

I'm fairly certain that if we posted back then, We'd be doing the same thing. It's the nature of the beast man.

My point was that statistics (such as height, weight and what not) can always be twisted and construed to make things different from reality. I mean hell I bet someone will read that Floyd Jr is taller than Cotto and take it as complete gospel that Floyd is the bigger man.

It occured at 147 because Floyd held all the cards just like Oscar did against Floyd. Floyd definitely could've made 140 16 months ago. I think he still can now but he won't simply because he just doesn't have to. I wish every fighter were more flexible but once they become the "MAN" egos take over.

    All I am saying is.

This is not a bad fight for Mayweather to take. And the size difference is blown out of proportion.
