No excuses should be made Hatton was exposed again last night. He cannot deal with skilled speedy southpaws who have lateral movement. He would lose everyday of the week to Pacman and twice on Sundays.

My neighbour actually called the police because of the noise we made during the PBF Hatton KO... (old ****ing *****). Anyway it was a rather tearful moment of joy for me. That and when LL was starched vs Rahman in there first bout. Iv never been so happy in all my life.

How do you figure any of this made a difference?

It was the same old Hatton in there making the same old mistakes. He didn't move his head like Mayweather was supposed to teach him, he didn't show any angles or setup his attacks. It was just the usual Hatton, that relied on his instincts under pressure.

TFFP, read the post. I'm not making any excuses.

I'm posing the question / making the suggestion that Hatton has become untrainable (except by low profile yes men) and it's actually not Floyd Sr's fault.

The whole thing seemed like a massive charade, hugely amateurish, in comparison to Pac and Roach.

Not particularly saying it would have made a difference, Pac is just the better fighter, but the least you'd expect is that he'd come prepared. I don't think he was.

I can't help but compare it to the later days of Naz.

In what way wasn't he prepared :huh

He looked in perfect shape to me.

He fought like he always does.

The only thing that didn't happen that people expected was Mayweather Sr's influence was not there for me. But then again...it took Roach 8 years to mould a talent, what was Mayweather supposed to do with a 29 yr old in a few weeks?

He wasn't prepared in as much as, from what I've heard, it sounds like he had a **** training camp.

When you fall out with your trainer mid-camp and word leaks you are going to sack him I think that's a given.

When you are fighting Pacquiao you need the best camp you can have, not a fall out with the guy you are paying big bucks to coach you.

And I think Hatton is to blame, it's two trainers in quick succession he's done this with.

But of course I know very little of it, it's just my guesswork from what little I know.

If there is one thing Hatton can do it's hit weight and get in shape so that's no indicator at all.

Hatton's arrogance and over-inflated ego at play....he's not bright or humble enough to make good decisions

Calm down. You're also the same guy who had delusions about Hatton being put on ***** street by Ben Tackie.

.....a fighter who shows such disregard for defense whatever the reasons are, deserves everything they get.
