the left hook pac hit hatton with was very much more powerful than the compact left hook counter that pac KD'd jmm with in their rematch.

the hatton KO punch had pac's full weight, balance and leverage behind it. pac said so himself that it was probably the strongest single punch he has ever thrown.

the jmm KD shot, on the other hand, was a compact left hook counter. it was more of an arm punch with less weight and leverage behind it.

both punches however were well-timed and right on the button as pac is a very accurate puncher.

I'm not good as such things, but maybe someone can do us a favor and put both the shot that knocked JMM down in the rematch and the shot that put Hatton to sleep in video gifs on this thread......

.....it would be interesting to see the difference in the torque generated by Pac in both those shots.

That's the first thing that came to mind after what Pac did to Hatton, Marquez is a real beast for being able to give Pacquiao two extremely close TOUGH fights, the toughest of his career in my opinion. Even though I gave both fights to Pac they were extremely close.

Marquez is small, but he is boxing 101.
