This time, he should be able to tag in Matthew when he's in trouble. And pinfalls over Bob Pac should count. Fair is fair.
Wat the hell??? Just how exactly were you expecting Ricky to beat the count, by sleepwalking? After that, I guess he would've had to sleepbox as well! Dude, I felt so bad for Ricky, I love the man!, but to get up even if he could've just means that you wanted him dead!
That's why he wouldn't acknowledge Mayweather and his head kept moving to stare at his elbow! atsch That ringpost is one crafty bastich: rabbit punching him without anyone noticing! That post's right up there with "?" and TBA for guys you just can't win against. :-(
:rofl By the time you're in enough trouble that Matthew Hatton can be your savior, your goose is already cooked... "And here comes Senor Mayweather with the chair! Roach is defenseless! Pacman and the ref turn around to tend to Roach... Matthew's come into the ring illegally(?!) to pick up his brother and they're preparing for... OMG! OMG! ...the FATTON SMASH!!!111!one! But, wait! What's going on? Somebody's running in from the stands wearing hockey masks... it's Michael Moorer and Fairly Firm Corteeeeeez! Cortez with a flying leap off the top rope and double-teams the Hattons with the post! Have you ever seen anything like this?" "Definitely."
yeah i can tell only a few of you on this thread are actually serious.the ref made a good stoppage hell he could've stopped it when hatton was getting bombed on the ropes in the first round but the fight was too big for him to stop it early. And it wasn't that hatton could've made the count but he had already taken too much punishment and hit his head hard on the canvas.the last thing anybody wants is a fighter to get hurt.so bayless made a great stoppage imo.in a rematch the same thing would happen but it might go a little longer than before
I still haven't seen the judges' scorecards. :nono Besides, the Nevada rules are quite clear on this: if Mario Lopez is in attendance, a fighter can be saved by the bell.
word is, the boxing commission is investigating a report that pac had a corner-post inside his left glove.
