Since he crushed Hatton, is Pacman better than we gave him creidit for?

Basically he has beaten all his major opponents...big & small.

Seems to be a much better fighter now with power in both hands and very fast.

That southpaw style gives him a true advantage.

I don't think Kosta would beat him now...I have changed my mind.

If he beats PBF...and I think he just might .....he is looking really great.

If he beats Floyd Mayweather jr he will unequivocally be the best fighter of the current generation (2000-2010) Followed closely by PBF.

I think he is a tremendous fighter.

He's edging closer and closer to my top 25, infact he is probably already there.

Taking into account the fact that modern fighters fight far less, what he's done is simply brilliant. If he beats Mayweather, I'll consider him for my top 15.

For some reason I always underestimate the guy. I always felt he was extraordinarly strong for a lightweight, so I wanted to see how he did on a more even playing field. To me he looks susceptible to be outboxed and outfoxed by a technician, but we really didnt see that in the Hatton fight. It was a spectacular win, and very impressive, but it was almost like Hatton sacrificed himself, he couldnt have made it any easier for Pac Man the way he fought. Im certainly thinking he is a lot better than I did in the past, and Im anxious to see him in there with a fighter like Cotto or Mayweather, those are just awesome fights. Cotto will be a pressure fight, but his defense is much better and punches much harder. Mayweather is just a total complete fighter so it will be great to see.

I think he's in his prime and has found his best weight. He's improved technically too and his distinct speed advantage at this weight is a huge plus. I definitely rate him top 50 and moving up.

Not sure where I would place him now but a win over Floyd and I would have him as the greatest fighter post Leonard.

If Pacman isn't the greatest pound for pound today, then I don't know who is...you can certainly throw out both Mayweather AND Hopkins as candidates.

If Mayweather beats J.M. Marquez in june, then the next logic match would be Pac vs Mayweather, for the #1 pound for pound spot. I'd cancel my wedding to see that one.

I wish he'd fight Shane Mosley with the winner facing the victor of Mayweather and Marquez. Then I want to see Pacquiao against Cotto, win or lose against any of the aforementioned opponents.

If Pacquiao had decisively defeated Marquez, I would already be considering his resume to be that of a highly rated all time great. There is still plenty of time for him to make up for that.
