Tickets are on sale, and Pavlik talked as if it's happening when he was on On The Grind Radio.

That one was more or less "officially" announced sometime back, but it's still not listed on BoxRec. Did you catch Pavlik on "On The Grind" radio?

Kelly was on the On The Grind Boxing show yesterday. He talked as if he fully expects to fight Mora, and that he does not regard Mora as an easy pay day because of his awkward style.

He also said Abraham "runs around germany flapping his pie hole" about wanting to fight, but when you try to talk serious business Team AA is not very cooperative. KP said he is 100% in favor of taking the fight, and that he expects it to happen.

In addition he said he thought someone would have to shoot Sturm in the leg and hand cuff him to a ring post before he'll fight.

Kelly said he would travel to Germany for either man on two conditions:
1, the money has to be right.
2, HBO or Showtime has to be there just in case the Germans try to job him out.

 

What would HBO and Showtime do to prevent "the Germans" from "jobbing him out"?

Is he speaking in terms of a showcase sense? What the hell does that even mean?

Anywho it's on the Top Rank site so it appears Arum and co believe it to happen. Maybe they're just waiting for the Pac/Hatton, Floyd/JMM hype to die down a modicum to announce it.

 

I guess NBA ain't gonna tell me who this predator from Aiken is that is supposed to be better than the Ytown fighters. Any clues who he is talking about? I put predator and boxing in Google and just come up with that chick.

 

KP was refering to protecting himself by making sure everyone in the USA gets to see the fight. He also said something like "you have to put a guy on a stretcher to get a decision over there." Miranda/Abraham was a farce and we all know that. Pav seems to feel that having HBO or Showtime there would provide an accurate record of whatever happens.

 

Pavlik deserves to get dicked around in negotiations for taking such a shitty fight when there are plenty of more interesting options available.
