drop that trainer with the f'n mouth. Sorry Ricky, you shouldn't have to wait 1 and half hour on fight night for your trainer to show up.

    Absolutely no professionalism there.

    lmao!

im just saying... losing in the first 2 rounds doesnt say as much as getting outclassed over the duration of a fight

especially in jermain taylor's case when he had both guys he lost to in his career down on the ground and exposed and then they came back to utterly destroy him

Right. If he can draw a stadium full for Juan Friggin Lazcano, He'll probably do oodles in a "good bye" fight against a solid LWW contender.

Then after that he can try to promote Matthew Hatton as some sort of greek god to boxing.

Yeah but the situations are different. Taylor lost because he's a few fries short of a value meal and doesn't have a lot of starch in the tank for a 12 round fight.

Hatton losing in two rounds or Hatton losing in 10 rounds is the same thing especially when you consider that his losses always end with him doing the Raja Bell flop to the mat.

uhm....he did get outclassed for the duration, but such was the absolute pwnage that the duration was only 2 rounds. I dread to think of the beating he would have got had he lasted any longer.

Dude, dude, dude, you can't get any worse than the way Hatton lost, ffs.

Hatton could never get outclassed over a longer period of time by Pac because he isn't good enough to ever get out of the first quater of the fight.

    It's no good saying "if".

Hatton is npt good enough to do anythign other than be uttelry destroyed early on by Pac, unless he fight's like Gainner against Marquez, round after round.

Right I think the only way Hatton would've gotten owned throughout the duration of the fight would've been if Pac would've been banned from throwing any punch other than jabs and open hand slaps.

Hatton got his arse kicked thats all in the name of boxing. It happens to everyone. Look at Judah against Koysta that was another arse kicking.

obviously hatton couldnt have worse in a worse way.... but in his mind... if the fight went longer maybe he would have had more of a chance.... if the fight goes the entire duration and you get your ass whooped... you actually have an idea of how much you got outclassed by... instead of thinking you might have gotten hit with a lucky punch or you made a stupid decision

its the difference between getting blown the **** out.. or losing in like a double or triple over time game... in the double & triple ot you feel so close but then everything falls to pieces

I understand what the school of thought is behind it....but it's a load of rubbish spin.

It's common sense that he's speaking a load of shite. Say you were in a street fight....I'd be much more humiliated to be trying to slug with someone and repeatedly getting put down then KTFO in quicktime than if he simply outjabbed me a bit or something but couldn't really put a dent in me before we stopped fighting.

Well he found out in the Mayweather fight what it's like to be outclassed for the duration so he should be happy this one finished early doors.

Ok he got leathered no shame in that but at least it wasn't against a nobody it was against pacquio, many people wouldn't have the bottle to get in the ring with manny.

The thign is, Pac made it clear that he could outclass Hatton and finish the fight any time he wamted to.

He decided to finish it early. :good

As soon as Hatton got tagged by the first flush right hand i knew he was in trouble.

You couldsee straight away that Pac was going to keep landing those shots and that Hatton, sooner or later could not take them.
