there you go fellas......and who may i ask, is in a better position to listen to th various corners of australian boxing? NO ONE!!

not only does this bloke have more of an idea than any of you featherbrains, phil has a better idea than probably anyone in australia...period!

it goes to show how many blokes on this forum get their 'expert opinion' from uninformed-media-slut-journos, who suck the cocks of over-rated-has-been-fitness-trainers.......

johnny lewis....faaaarrrrrkkkkkk!!!!! next youse will be saying fenech is a great trainer...or at least some **** wit tv or print journo will.....

Golly...someone agrees with you so they're the biggest genius on the planet (and no offence to my good mate Phil).

i think lewis has been blessed with some of the talent hes had to work with. ive never seen anyone really IMPROVE under him.. i think he gets a bit overrated as a trainer. BUT hes a very good career guide. possibly our best.

Agreed he's had wonderful talent to work with, but to suggest he didn't improve them's very harsh. Do you think that handful of world champs he had were ready, straight off (as kids), to win world titles?? Agreed maybe some were destined to - Fenech for example. But hey, they needed guidance and a bit of finishing off.

Mate, allow me to let you in on a little secret. In between rounds I am doing a very important part of top performance in the ring. That is to cast an eye over everything happening in there; if my gaze should occasionally fall upon the girly in her skimpies it is no more than an accident :thumbsup

Steve Deller from Brisbane & Les Wilson from the Goldie have both had a fair bit of success.

What do you think of the former fighters training? theres a lot opening gyms & training their sons etc. I know Gavin Topp's just started on the Coast.
On the Gold Coast also, Tony Nobbs would have to be in the mix.
