That is true. And this was the case because Hatton has fought much better than that in the past. He has taken hard shots in the past and survived. He fought a really bad fight. Hatton has grown old fast from his lifestyle and from the abuse he has taken in the ring. Pac is an awesome fighter and to beat him or even keep up with him would require 100% from even the best. Hatton wasn't even near 100%.
Mayweather Sr. pretty much did a shitty job. He was late to the training more than once, started **** with others in the camp and even was late the day of the fight. No wonder Hatton had approached Roach to be his trainer even before the fight started. No need to try to blame. Mayweather's constant negative talk would douse any positive vibe in the camp. I can't believe they ever hooked up. Steward would have been a better choice.
It's pathetic how Hatton frames the fight as being "one punch" that caught him.atsch Lee Beard basically said the same ****. Hatton says he'd rather be KO'd in the 2nd than be "outclassed" for many rounds...LOL...as if the KO punch was a lucky shot! What bull****! The fact is, he was so outclassed in 2 rounds that his opponent (who happens to be in a league of talent that Hatton can only dream about) didn't have the opportunity to outclass him for 6 or 8! Just admit that Pac spent 6 full minutes kicking your ass, man. btw: If I hear Hatton refer to himself in the 3rd person one more time, I'm gonna :tired Hatton seems like a nice enough guy and all, but really, talk about over-rated! And he should leave it to his fans and family to over-rate him (God knows they will)...and stop sounding like an idiot when he talks about himself and what he thinks he is/was capable of.
For a guy most people thought would never even hit Pacquiao, and was expected to dump at least the first 4 rounds, Hatton had a very impressive 2nd round. He was already catching up to Pacquiao with solid shots. Hatton was doing far better than virtually anyone expected at that point, sans getting battered up, knocked down, and KTFO. Pacquiao's power was a TREMENDOUS shock to everyone, Hatton included. I completely disagree with your comments. If Pacquiao had been unable to hurt Hatton, which the overwhelming majority expected, the complexion of that fight might have been completely different.
What do you mean big "IF?" Who expected Pacquiao to be able to hurt Hatton so easily? NOBODY?? That's pretty easy to say after the fact, Miss Cleo. Think real hard about this. I said Hatton would catch up to Pacquiao in LESS THAN A MINUTE - WHICH HE DID. IDIOT. Read that post again, and then read your response again, **** for brains.
There are plenty of threads which can be brought right back up to the first page which will show you yet again that you are WRONG
I'm being told that I was wrong by a ****** who can't even comprehend the posts he's responding to - with nonsensical answers - at that? Lucky me.. atsch
