From what i can understand a lot of the trouble started when Mayweather started hitting Ricky with the pads in a vain attempt to try to get Ricky to defend himself properly. To make him get it.

I would have had more respect for him if he praised Manny for having a great fight plan and executing it. The constant refering to himself in the 3rd person and the excuses make him look like a dick............which shouldnt surprise anyone because his real name is Dick Hatton.

I am a ricky hatton fan but that interview is BS. It wasnt just one punch that he got caught with. He was rocked by the forst shot manny hit him clean with. Mayweather Snr aint to blame. Ricky Hatton is to blame for going out and fighting like the way he did.

 

He also said he went out his heart on his sleeve and got caught with the first punch Manny threw, thus there wasn't much he could do.

According to Mad Hatton, getting out your heart on your sleeve means your adversary doesn't have the right to hit you.
Hell, if he doesn't himself start fighting his heart on his sleeve at that point, he's a cheat, and that's unfair.

Ricky can ask for a rematch because Pac cheated by bringing his skills and his head to the fight, instead of letting Ricky hit him back.
