    Good list man. Cotto should be in there though. And i dont have Mosely riding so high after losing to Cotto and almost losing to Mayorga. Izzy's debatable (inactivity) - but if you got him in there why not Rafa?

    I should probably replace Miguel Cotto with Floyd Mayweather Jr.

    Because Rafa is the one who lost their last two meetings. He wouldn't have had a place even if he was active.

    man, do i have to change my avatar and my handle just to get a serious discussion? :patsch I put him there because i feel he belongs there, h2h, the quality of opponents,recent accomplishments.

    And i'm not really sure about putting haye there, but i don't feel like putting cotto since he didn't did anything other than jennings, and vasquez remove due to inactivity

    williams is MUCH higher. He beat Margarito when he was fully "loaded" and blowing through everyone, he beat Winky who is a P4p guy (beat Mosley 2x and soundly at that) he has only lost once and he avenged that immediately and viciously. Mosley has said publicly he won't fight him. This guy is top 5 for sure.
