I think it is by far. Were talkin Pacquiao whos won in 6 weight classes and 4 lineal titles, with Mayweather the only boxer in history with 6 titles in 5 weight classes undefeated. I would have RJJ, Hopkins, and Lennox Lewis 3,4,5. Thats why I dont understand how PPL are saying Mayweather is picking on little guys when most of you guys agree that Pacquiao is the best fighter this ERA. This fight needs to happen and Arum punk ass better not blow it. what do you guys think?

I think Pac's already the best fighter of this era as his resume proves, and most boxing fans agree

And him fighting Cotto (win or lose) shows the difference btwn. him and Floyd..

Yep it would be. Forget Lewis - Tyson, PBF - Hatton or PBF - De La Hoya because Pacman - PBF is the one everybody wants to see.

    It won't.
Floyd would prob have to beat a Pavlik to match Pac's recent accomplishments.

If May beats Pac I would still have Pac slightly ahead. He probally does have to beat top level middleweights or at least improve his resmue at Welterweight to consider him on Pacs lvl.

Bull**** hater. The winner of the Pac vs Mayweather fight gets fighter of the era. Floyd never lost to a faded Morales. Floyd was never KO'd twice. Floyd never squeaked by the same fighter twice, once with a draw. Frankly, Pacs recent accomplishments overshadow his 5 blemishes, however if he loses to Floyd, that puts Floyd squarely ahead again.

Why would PBF need to fight a full fledge middleweight to even be considered one of the best fighters of this era? :patsch

I tought you can settle it head to head. How can you seriousdly tell somebody that Pacquiao is the best of this ERA when mayweather would beat the guy that almsot beat Pacquiao, and he beat Pacquiao. You guys are nuts
