yeah, a bigger, stronger fighter like williams or mosley would have a better chance to upset mayweather.
You can never take away a fighter chances with the heart and skill of a Pacquiao. Like I said, Pac becomes a legend, and icon if he beats Floyd.
Well, history is prologue. Whenever you give an analysis it's based on what you have seen a fighter do. Not what he hasn't done. If you're not judging a fighter based on what he's done then how do you make an assessment??
I don't analyze how a guy will fight somebody in the future based off of their last two fights. Pac is a slick southpaw, and will attack floyd differently than dlh or Hatton. To be honest, I'm kind of shocked at the question you asked:huh
You have to admit Mayweathers feet have slowed down recently and his workrate is not much to talk about. Pac will get in and out and move like no one Mayweather has ever seen. You gotta give May the advantage based solely on fighting weight. But if he struggles at all with Marquez I'll change my mind.
You shouldn't be shocked. You are the one that asked why others base their opinion's on what someone has done in "there last couple of fights". I find that "logic" equally shocking. For I can think of no better indicator. Perhaps next time (if) Tyson fights, i should judge him based on being 19, and just forget his last couple fights?
In my personal opinion, and it has changed alot, I think Floyd vs Manny is a total mismatch and you will see if they ever fight. Floyd should be fighting Mosley not Pac
yeah, its two fold. cuz pac has never seen a boxer like mayweather either. look at how marquez counterpunching gave pac problems. both men would eachother problems they never would have encoutnered before
Yea a counterpuncher will give Pac problems and he is excellent at it. But I think at this point what makes Floyd so good is his defense, his whole style of boxing these days is more or less safety first. If Pac can get through his guard which I think with his fast hands and excellent body movements he will be able to. He will make Floyd more offensive and in turn have to apply more of his effort towards punching and leaving himself open for exchanges and at this point I would say Pacs combination punching is more effective. If Floyd throws that lead right he will be open after and for a guy with fast reflexes like Pac it couldn't be good
if you are thinking the logical way... non-pacfans would say..pbf beats pac! just a reminder..pac defies logic!...if pac wins, don't tell me i didn't warn you! i have a bold prediction, pac will ko floyd if he underestimates pac, pac wins by ud if pbf fights to survive mode like what mab did to their second fight. what i said might be music to the ears of pbf fans but this is the way how i feel the fight will happen. don't get me wrong, pbf is a great boxer and if he fights pac, i'm willing to have a lifetime bet that pac will win. cheers!
alot of variables come into play when you have a clash of styles like pac and mayweather. your make a ressonable point but pac agressive style will give mayweather alot of counter opportunites. mayweather wants you to bring the fight to him. if u notcie in his career, mayweather gets tagged more when he has to be agressive, not to mention pac has to be a aware of floyd's power when coming in. pac will be more tactical then usual if and when he gets in the ring with pbf.
